We've been a customer of Mimecast for a few years. They've been very effective for spam filtering. However I've often found their support to be lacking. For e.g. a few times I've called and the person I was talking to seemed to be a bit of a Smart*** . And rather than actually helping you, they tend to refer you to their library of videos and materials that no one wo(man) shop has the time for or else I would not be calling you. But this week their customer service has left me feeling highly uncomfortable - so please give me your opinions - am I overreacting or should I be shopping around for a new service?
